Dresses For Days

how much would a tattoo about this size and pretty similar (not exactly though) with no color just black cost?? also about how long it would take to do and whether it could be a one day event or not?

I love it, but I'm not sure if it's formal enough...While our junior prom is formal, the dresses are usually knee to ankle length not full out ballroom dresses...The type you find in macy's or something.
I'm not sure if the pattern makes it look like a day dress.

I don't like conventional dresses and that's what I love about this one. The color and stripes are so bold!

Should I wear it to junior prom? Or find a less out there dress?

I really like the new look. It really needed to be updated but can they please do something about every person in the hospital wearing white/blue...Let the staff wear the colorful smocks that most hospital's use instead of the white/blue colors. Mix it up, then maybe it will really look right.
