Dresses For Days

It seems to me that with anti-radiation missiles, radars are just targets so turn the tables shoot at the planes radars and GPS signals. Same question for anti-ship missiles?

I planted a rose (disneyland resort rose) in an appropriate container. She stared sprouting new growth but all of a sudden they're starting to wilt. I don't know what could be the problem as shes well watered and I used rose soil to plant her. Shes getting enough sunlight and the other two roses that are in containers next to her ( brandy and blue girl) are doing beautiful. I don't want to lose her because she is a show stopper. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!

Its actually for my baby shower the dress looks dressier than it is its jersey material i just want to be comfortable! i just really like this look

I don't want to show any cleavage. I am going to a fancy breakfast and want a nice summer dress. I love 50s style dresses and I love dresses that have a ribbon around the waist. My budget is basically $20 but I could go up to $30. I've been looking a LOT.
Flower prints are OK but I have a feeling I am going to choose a dress that is more solid or two toned.

It can be a little low cut I just don't want it to be Victorias Secret dress low-cut. Also - I'm wearing this with my DAD... I don't want my butt to show when I bend over!
Also - I kinda like V-neck dresses but my favorite ones are the ones that go straight across - pretty much from armpit to armpit.
