Dresses For Days

Okay, so I'm going into 8th grade and I need a whole new look. I don't want to look like I'm in junior high, since I'll be leaving the school in only a year. I want to look like I'm in high school. However, my school has a ridiculous dress code, which is::
No halters
No spaghetti straps without a sweater
No bra straps showing
No heals
No short shorts
No flip flops
No random colored highlights (pink, blue, purple, green, etc . . . But blond is okay)

Anyway, I'm not the skinniest girl, but I'm definitely not fat. So, I was wondering if anyone had suggestions on clothes I should buy, shoes I should buy, where I should shop, and if anyone had any hairstyle suggestions (I like side bangs). Oh and it can't be *too* expensive, or else my mom won't buy it. Thanks!
I live in New York, so it's pretty hot up until October. So, the first day of school outfit needs to be something for summer. Thanks!

I mean... It makes me wish I was a woman so I could set an example.I'm tired of seeing these girls in baggy jeans, Long sleeved empire waist shirts (I don't see why they'd want to look pregnant..Especially if they're young.), and most girls don't even wear makeup. And what's with this obsessed with being "curvacious". I understand that they have to rebel.. But that doesn't mean ruin yourself. Women should show off their bodies, wear lots of (but not too much)makeup, and be slender. That's what a woman looks like. They are beautiful and they should embrace it. Am I the only person who hasn't been brainwashed?

I'm not old or dirty. I'm not even attracted to women so how would they be a sex object to me?
Trust me I'm considering it. Although I'd be out 10s of thousands of dollars.
A size 4 isn't even slender.. Unless your tall.

I'm looking for a bathing suit top with good bust support, an empire waist (perhaps w/ a band or something under my bust) and flared and longer at the bottom. Seems like the perfect suit to hide a belly on the beach...but I can't find one! I was thinking of choosing a maternity tankini top from pea in the pod or some other nice boutique but wondered what others thought or if anyone has tried this?
I'm not pregnant...just fat!
I guess what I'm really wondering is has anyone ever tried this and did it work? or is the abdomen of the maternity suit actually shaped different (with a round bump or something)

I have an interview next week for a promotion at work. Because I recently lost a lot of weight, my clothing collection's a little thin at the moment. I want to wear a charcoal grey single-breasted suit with a mint green pinpoint oxford shirt, but don't have any ties that go well with this combination. Any tie color suggestions? I want to stand out, because they're interviewing several candidates, but want to remain conservative, as I'm in law enforcement, so they're not expecting Mr. GQ.

any chain store? I know Pennzoid doesn't do oil change for mini cooper anymore.
